I want something to make my home smell good that lasts a long time and is the most inexpensive. Good candles that have a lasting sent are on the expensive side and I would estimate only last about a week. When I say air fresheners I’m talking about glad plug ins or something similar. These would last almost a month, but they don’t seem to smell after a week or so.
So we’ll just say I need 3 of them for my whole house. What would be my best option for a long lasting sent and the most cost effective? Can I have both?
I think the reason what you’re using doesn’t tend to smell after a week or so is because your nose has become accustomed to the scent. Candles are nice for a “boost,” but don’t tend to last very long. The oil type of plug-ins seem to work the best for me. They have the type now that alternate between two scents, which may help you from getting used to just one and not smelling it anymore.
Insofar as price, try shopping for them at a discount store, such as Walmart or Costco (where you can buy them in bulk).

I like incense but only from india, the other ones burn to heavy and cause to much smoke and have bad smell. It’s cheap and masks all odors.

go to Sam’s club and get a great big bottle of vanilla extract and pour some on a cloth a couple of times a week it will be cheaper and not expose you to all those chemicals in air freshener
